Once you're matched, you and your partner pick or write a short scene together — about 1.5 pages, sized for a 2.5-hour shoot. Talk it through in your match chat: genre, tone, and who plays which role are entirely up to the two of you. We'll drop our set/location guidelines right into that chat so you know what's available to write for. Scripts are due one week before your shoot.
A few ground rules:
- 1.5 pages max, in screenwriting format (FDX or similar), 2 actors only
- Keep blocking, movement, and props simple — nothing exceptionally difficult to produce
- One location for the whole scene
- No weapons, real or prop, without prior approval
- No violence
- No intimacy unless both of you have explicitly agreed to it
- No minors, no animals
- Original or properly-licensed material only
Outside those, it's your scene. We'll flag anything that needs a tweak before shoot day — most scripts need only small notes, if any.

How does the $47 reservation work?
The $47 reserves your spot in our matching pool and is credited toward your $495 total. Your card stays securely on file, and the remaining $448 is only charged after you and your matched partner both approve the match.
What if I don't get matched right away?
Your reservation keeps you in the matching pool until we find your partner — matching runs every day and there's no time limit. If your circumstances change, reach out and we'll work it out.
What if I don't like my match?
You review your match before anything else is charged. If it's not the right fit, decline — you go straight back in the pool and we keep looking. You'll never be paired with that person again.
What's included in the $495?
Everything except the script: compatibility matching by our casting team, professional crew (Director, DP, Sound), location, wardrobe consultation, full edit and color grade, and your final deliverable for your reel. You and your partner bring your own 1.5-page scene (or add our custom-written scene for $125).
How long from reservation to shoot?
Most actors are matched within 7-14 days. From match confirmation to shoot day is typically 2-3 weeks depending on scheduling.
Can I bring my own scene partner?
Yes. During signup, select 'I already have a scene partner' and enter their info. You'll both still need to reserve and be approved, but you'll skip the matching step.
Do I get to choose the scene, or is one assigned to me?
You and your matched partner choose or write your own script together (about 1.5 pages, sized for a 2.5-hour shoot) and decide between yourselves who plays which role — nothing is assigned. We post our set/location guidelines right in your match chat once you're confirmed, so you know what's available to write for. Coordinate it together, and have it ready one week before your shoot. What happens after I submit my script? Will I need rewrites?
Our team reviews it before your shoot date and flags it only if it goes over 1.5 pages, has too much movement, has too many props, or is otherwise exceptionally difficult to produce in a 2.5-hour shoot. A few other rules apply to every scene: 2 actors and one location only, no weapons (real or prop) without prior approval, no violence, no intimacy unless both actors have explicitly agreed to it, no minors or animals, and material must be original or properly licensed. Outside of that, it's your scene — most need only small notes, if any, and you'll hear from us well before shoot day, never a surprise on set.
